Taco Bell to serve alcohol at one United States location

Taco Bell, known for its late hours and unorthodox creations like Doritos-shelled tacos, is owned by Yum!

A new Taco Bell location in the Wicker Park neighborhood of Chicago will serve customers beer, wine, and mixed drinks, according to reports. “I don’t think it’s going to be a big game changer for Taco Bell or the other fast food companies”, says Yahoo Finance Senior Columnist Michael Santoli.

The seasoned beef used at Taco Bell will soon come with real black pepper instead of artificial black pepper flavoring.

A spokesperson for Taco Bell also told Chicago Tribune they will offer alcoholic “freezes” to go along with your tacos.

It is as yet unclear whether a liquor license has been secured and this proved a stumbling block for U.S Taco Co., a gourmet taco restaurant under the Taco Bell umbrella which wanted to serve alcoholic milkshakes.

Taco Bell is a very popular restaurant with many customers.

The menu includes alcohol freezes and wine that could be served with the cinnamon twists too.

McDonald’s vs. Taco Bell: Who wins breakfast? Brands boasts an incredible restaurant base of over 41,000 locations in more than 125 countries and territories. And some serve as much more effective gauges for understanding the health and changing nature of the fast food industry as a whole.

“This concept is very different for United States”, Poetsch said.

“Alcohol consumption will be restricted to inside the restaurant, and a new cup design will distinguish between non-alcohol and regular beverages”, the company said in a prepared statement. Brands, will be offering alcohol versions of the frozen drinks that are already on the menu, including Mountain Dew Baja Blast, Mountain Dew Sangria Blast and Starburst Strawberry. Unfortunately, booze won’t be offered at Taco Bell restaurants in all cities. Millennials clearly don’t understand the drunk-eating experience.

Last month Taco Bell announced it would drop artificial flavours and colours from its menu by the end of this year.
