Travelers out of Omaha’s airport will soon be able to head to the nation’s capital on a nonstop flight. It also has evacuation training systems for MD-80s, Boeing 757 door and window evacuations, A319/320 door and window evacuations, a fire trainer and ditching equipment. “Our average fare one-way nationwide to over 100 airports we serve is about $90 per ticket”.
But Allegiant continues to grow.
Tuesday was a big day for Allegiant.
“Louis Airport will provide those in attendance with details on an exciting service destination that will soon be available to individuals throughout the St. Louis area”, according to a news release.
San Antonio Mayor Ivy Taylor said more nonstop flights into San Antonio will help the city attract more business. Service will start in Telluride, Colo., in December.
The flights will operate twice weekly and show the increased demand for low-cost service between West Michigan and Florida, the statement said.
Flights will run seasonally, ending in the spring. The rest of the new flights will be year-round.
Beginning this fall, Oklahoma City travelers can expect new flights out of Will Rogers.
Heading south just got a little bit easier at Pittsburgh global Airport.
The airline expects new service from Appleton, Wisconsin; Scranton, Pennsylvania; and Kansas City, Missouri; to bring in almost 15,000 additional visitors each year to the Pinellas County airport, where Allegiant makes up more than 90 percent of the flights.
