Barrios kept his pace, ran onto the ball near the post and redirected it simply into the net.

DeLaGarza came in from behind to push the ball forward, out of Barrios’ reach, but it also rolled past an onrushing, sliding Ricketts.

Keane showed why he was named last year’s league MVP, when he put two headers past Dan Kennedy in the span of just five minutes, to claim all three points for the visitors on his 100th appearance in Major League Soccer.

The victor came in the 55th minute. His left-footed service found Keane in the box and he deposited his header into the corner. With a win, FC Dallas can reclaim second place.
